INTRODUCTION & PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The program is specially designed for the middle level executives to strengthen the area of their current specialization along with developing a comprehensive view of other functions of management. The program contents will help the individuals to develop a strong understanding of Indian and international business not only conceptually but analytically too.

Campus Modules:

1. Foundation sessions on various management modules included in core modules

2. Case Analysis on select modules

3. Communication Workshop

4. Issues on Team Building and Leadership

5. Workshop on specialised management topics

6. Open House

TEACHING METHODOLOGY : Each program will be taught with the help of case studies, corporate examples and general discussions.

PROGRAM DESIGN : Students will undergo eight modules during this period.

EVALUATION : There will be one comprehensive multiple choice question examination at the end of the programme. However, continuous feedback shall be given to the participants based on their participation in class discussions, assignments, case studies, and project work etc.

CERTIFICATION : Those participants who decide to take up the exam at the end of the program and upon qualifying the same as per the standards drawn by IIML shall be awarded ‘Certificate of Successful Completion’.Those participants who meet the requisite attendance and based on the recommendation of the faculty will receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’.

DURATION AND TIMINGS :

• Duration: One Year

• Frequency: Once a week

• Class Schedule: Saturday – 1:00 PM-6.00 PM

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed (Need to submit supporting proof)

• Graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline recognised by UGC/AICTE/DEC.

• Minimum 6 years of work experience post completion of graduation is required as on June 1, 2010

SELECTION PROCESS

Eligible appli cants will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Program Aptitude Test (PAT) together with the assessment of background and motivation (Statement of Purpose).

FEES SCHEDULE : Program Fees: Rs.200, 000.00

The fee above is inclusive of all academic charges, examinations, textbooks, study material and taxes. All fees are non-refundable. Fees can be paid by cash, or cheque/demand .

On Registration Rs. 70,000/-

Instalment 1 (August 2010): Rs. 40,000/-

Instalment 2 (October 2010) Rs. 40,000/-

Instalment 3 (December 2010) Rs. 40,000/-

(Students to submit the PDCs towards future instalments as per the due dates at the time of registration.)

Campus Instalment 1 (July 2010): 9000/-

Campus Instalment 2 (April 2011): 9,000/-
